“Dr. McCool and his staff are knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. McCool took as much time as was necessary with me, explaining options and recommending treatment. He can do that because ample time is allowed when scheduling appointments.
The waiting room is not packed, and patients are seen timely. I suspect that is due in part to Wendy’s dental practice experience. I had not been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time, but Dr. McCool and his staff were very understanding and made me feel comfortable.
